Christmas Cake Pops

With Christmas around the corner, you might be looking for some show-stopping buffet recipes to impress your friends and family. Cake pops are the perfect size for a nibble, and involve no baking! See our quick and easy recipe below:

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cake
  • 1 tub of frosting
  • Wooden skewers

Process:

  1. Smash up the cake into a bowl
  2. Add in the frosting and mix (it is best to do this with your hands, so you can keep an eye on the texture. Add more frosting if needed)
  3. Roll the mixture into balls and place on the end of your sticks
  4. Decorate

So, what makes them Christmassy? It’s all in the decoration. Check out our favourite decorations below:

  1. Good Food UK’s Reindeer Cake Pops

  1. Betty Crocker’s Snowman Cake Pops

  1. BBC Good Food’s Christmas Pudding Cake Pops

  1. Cocoa and Heart Bauble Cake Pops

Why not make your own exciting design! There are so many things you can do with these to make them suit your party.
