Very professional experience. Explained exactly what was going to happen. No chemical smells just smelt clean. I had a problem with a streak of cleaner I had used getting trapped between the 2 pieces of door glass. I have a Neff up and under door but Paul dealt with it very well. I was very pleased with the result and the price.
