Had a call today from Paul - (Crosby, Merseyside). Thoroughly nice bloke, spent 4 hours working on our Stoves oven, the level of attention and care was second to none. Oven gleaming inside and out, even the bits not immediately obvious to see but which make all the difference to how it cooks. Very pleased with the service.
