Ovenclean customer enquiries hit new high!

This year new business enquiries from customers keen to have their ovens super clean have hit a new high, with leads passed from Ovenclean head office to the franchise network up a staggering 61% over last year.

According to Marketing Director Anne Blee, the launch of the company's new website during the summer had an instant impact on enquiry levels and further exposure in national home interest magazine Period Homes has boosted figures further, with well over 15,500 potential new customers contacting Ovenclean to request a call back from their local franchisee.

"Despite the recession, customers increasingly seem to feel that having their oven professionally cleaned is one of those things they simply don't want to do without," she said. "Luckily, enquiries from people looking to join the Ovenclean network are also climbing strongly - figures for 2010 were up by around 45% compared to the previous year, enabling our network to expand in line with the increased demand for Ovenclean's services. We have a series of new marketing initiatives and customer offers planned for 2011 and look forward to what promises to be our most successful year ever!"
